This workshop will include guided meditation, gentle yoga, and practical tips for practicing self-care during the colder months. Together, we'll explore how connection offers comfort and renewal during winter. Whether you're feeling the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), experiencing low mood, or simply seeking a peaceful evening, this workshop provides a nurturing space to reframe your relationship to winter and foster deeper connection.


Befriending Your Emotions in Nature
This 2-hour workshop invites you to explore your emotional landscape through mindful movement, nature connection, and creative expression. Set in the calming environment of nature, we’ll use the therapeutic power of the outdoors to reflect on and release difficult emotions. Together, we’ll cultivate a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotional experience and develop tools for emotional resilience and well-being. This session integrates grounding techniques and somatic practices to help you foster a more harmonious relationship with your emotions.

Self-Portrait Workshop
This creative workshop encourages self-reflection and self-expression through the art of self-portraiture. In a relaxed and supportive setting, we’ll explore the process of creating a self-portrait as a tool for introspection, healing, and personal growth. Whether you’re an experienced artist or a beginner, this workshop focuses on the experience of the process rather than the outcome. By expressing yourself through art, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and gain deeper insight into your identity and emotions.

Creative Wellness for Teams
This workshop is designed to promote mental well-being, creativity, and collaboration within teams. By blending mindfulness practices, creative exercises, and stress-relief techniques, participants will learn how to foster a healthier, more supportive work environment. Through guided activities such as group art creation and mindful movement, the workshop encourages participants to release tension, connect with their creativity, and improve team dynamics. This session aims to build resilience, enhance communication skills, and help teams work more effectively by nurturing both their individual well-being and collective creativity.
