Nature Mindfulness Coaching
For those seeking deeper connection and grounding, I offer Nature Mindfulness Coaching, where sessions take place in natural settings such as parks, forests, or gardens. Nature itself becomes a co-facilitator in these sessions, providing a tranquil and healing environment that fosters presence, calm, and openness. Being outdoors allows us to move at a slower pace, aligning with the natural rhythms around us and creating space for genuine reflection and inner clarity.
In these sessions, we incorporate elements inspired by nature therapy, such as observing natural surroundings with mindful awareness, grounding exercises on the earth, and breathing techniques that attune to the gentle flow of natural elements. As you immerse yourself in these surroundings, the practice of mindfulness is enriched, helping you reconnect to a sense of wholeness and simplicity. This environment supports the release of stress and tension, grounding you in the present moment, and encourages an internal harmony that is harder to access in urban or indoor spaces.
As part of our work together, we explore ways to make decisions from a place of wisdom and balance, drawing on the calming influence of nature to guide more responsive and less reactive choices. 60 minute online session: £75
Sessions might be longer depending on your needs. I will send you intake and needs assessment forms and contract before the first session. We will also review your needs before each session to ensure you receive the best support.
